I didn't set out to become an OBM and website designer. I started as a receptionist who hated her job, answered a Craigslist ad, and accidentally built a career helping people turn chaos into clarity.
Hi, I’m Melissa…
My Journey
The Beginning
I started as a receptionist at an architectural firm. I hated it. One day I saw a Craigslist ad from a parent looking for help with their kids, admin work, and a tutoring business. I took a chance, said yes, and discovered I was really good at making other people's lives easier.
The Growth
That tutoring business? I helped grow it from a local Las Vegas operation to a national company with 100+ tutors in just 2 years. Word spread. Other parents started hiring me. Then one of them was a coach, and I fell in love with supporting coaches specifically.
The Expertise
Over 20 years, I've supported boards, nonprofits, small businesses, and coaches. I've built websites that convert, organized chaotic systems, managed social media growth of 50%+, and learned every tool in the book—ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Squarespace, you name it.
Why I Do This
What keeps me going? Two things: my son (he's autistic, and I'm working hard to give him the life I never had) and the fact that I genuinely love helping people. I love seeing a coach's face light up when their website launches. I love turning chaos into systems. I love being part of someone's growth story.
How I Work
I don't just take orders—I bring ideas. I see what's possible for your business and help you get there.
I'm invested in your success. If you're launching something at 9pm, I'm probably thinking about it too.
I'm organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, but I also believe done is better than perfect. I'll help you launch before you think you're "ready."
I stick around for the growth, not just the project. My best client relationships are the ones that evolve over years.
A Few Things About Me
I'm a huge animal person—I have cats, dogs, birds, a snake, and snails. Yes, really.
I moved from Las Vegas to Gainesville, Florida mid-pandemic for a better life near water and Disney.
I love cruising, scuba diving (getting certified!), hiking, and anything with a thrill—rollercoasters, zip lines, you name it.
I'm obsessed with the 80s, Alice in Wonderland, good food, and great music.
Oh, and I'm terrible at asking for help myself—which is ironic considering what I do for a living.
